These 30+ properties are principally located in Northern California, Southern California and greater Salt Lake City, Utah. Additionally, we are actively growing our footprint in new strategic regions like Denver metropolitan area and Phoenix metropolitan area.
GEOGRAPHIC ALLOCATION While Northern California currently accounts for nearly 60% of Nearon’s holdings, since 2014 we have acquired approximately 1.8 million square feet of commercial real estate in Utah, Southern California and Colorado, totaling more than $160 million in value.
