Nearon is excited to share the successful $12,750,000 refinancing of Newark Auto Plaza in Newark, California.
 
This 14.8-acre property includes 110,540 square feet across three auto dealerships, Fremont Ford, Winn KIA of Fremont, and Cruise America RV, along with a billboard parcel leased to Clear Channel. With premier I-880 frontage, the plaza combines visibility, strong tenancy, and long-term covered land optionality in one of the Bay Area’s most dynamic corridors.
 
The refinancing was secured by Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach, and we are especially grateful to Phil Bond and Scott Lorenzini for their partnership.
