$32M Refinance Secured for Power Inn Warehouses

Nearon is pleased to announce the successful $32,000,000 refinancing of Power Inn Supply Warehouses, a 521,767 square-foot, three-building, industrial warehouse/distribution portfolio located in Sacramento, California. The financing was secured with a loan provided by PGIM Real Estate, and was arranged by Cushman & Wakefield.
