Nearon Announces Acquisition of Copperleaf Place Apartments

Nearon is pleased to announce the acquisition of Copperleaf Place Apartments, a 2018-built, 94-unit Class A community located in Fort Collins, CO. This marks Nearon’s 3rd multifamily acquisition in 2025.  

Copperleaf Place offers residents convenient access to Colorado State University, Old Town Fort Collins, Horsetooth Reservoir, and a variety of shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation options. Community amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, outdoor fireplace, dog park, bike storage, EV charging stations, and inviting landscaped gathering areas.  

We extend our sincere thanks to Jacob Durling, Caitlin Durling, and Scott Marten at Warm Springs Realty Holdings, LLC for their trust in executing the Freddie Mac loan assumption, and to Jake Young at Walker & Dunlop for his dedication in bringing this transaction to a successful close.
