Nearon Announces Successful Refinance of Walnut Hill Apartments

Nearon is excited to announce the successful ~$17,000,000 refinancing of Walnut Hill, a 90-unit garden-style apartment community located in Walnut Creek, California. The financing was secured with a Fannie Mae loan arranged by Walker & Dunlop.
 
Acquired in 2021, we completed an extensive exterior renovation and implemented a utility reimbursement program on new leases signed. The property’s location is highly desirable for residents, as it is steps to Downtown Walnut Creek and just three blocks from the Walnut Creek BART station.
