Meet our Summer Interns

This summer, we were fortunate to have two incredible interns join the Nearon team, Charlie Jeffs and Kaya Tong.
 
Working alongside our Analysts, Charles and Kaya dove into impactful projects that spanned some of the most exciting areas in our industry, from Build-to-Rent and self-storage opportunities to exploring the potential impact of AI in real estate.
 
Over the course of the summer, they brought fresh ideas, analytical rigor, and a curiosity that pushed our thinking forward. Their work not only added real value to our ongoing projects but also reflected the next generation of talent shaping the future of real estate.
