Parkview Apartments, a 72-unit multifamily community located in the heart of the master-planned Briggs Village in Olympia, Washington, has been acquired by an entity affiliated with Nearon Enterprises, a privately held real estate investment firm headquartered in Walnut Creek, California.

Constructed in 2012, Parkview Apartments is situated just minutes from downtown Olympia and offers residents access to high-performing schools, lush parks, walking trails, and a variety of urban amenities. The property is positioned within one of Olympia’s most desirable residential neighborhoods, combining suburban tranquility with proximity to shopping, dining, and major transportation corridors.

The seller was Amoroso Companies, a Bay Area-based firm led by Jason Amoroso, which originally developed the asset. The transaction included the successful assumption of an existing HUD-insured loan—an intricate process that was navigated in partnership with both buyer and seller teams.

The sale was brokered by the Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) team of Giovanni Napoli and Ryan Harmon, who represented the seller and facilitated the transaction on behalf of both parties.

“We’re thrilled to expand our multifamily portfolio in the Pacific Northwest with the addition of Parkview Apartments,” said a representative from Nearon. “This acquisition aligns with our strategy of investing in high-quality, well-located residential assets in strong growth markets.”

The community offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with modern finishes, ample outdoor space, and on-site amenities including a clubhouse and fitness center.
