$17.5M Financing Secured for Salt Lake City Property

Nearon is excited to announce the successful $17,500,000 financing of a 280,910-square-foot industrial property located at 5300 Harold Gatty Drive in Salt Lake City, Utah. The financing was secured with The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company.

Acquired in 2018, we completed a 71,910-square-foot expansion and leased the entire space in 2024. The property is fully leased to Adorama Inc. and Service Metal.
