Nearon Completes Sale in Chattanooga, TN

Nearon Enterprises is pleased to announce the sale of a 230,000-square-foot industrial building located at 4310 Distribution Drive in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The property was acquired in 2019 and serves as a modern, single-tenant distribution facility in the heart of the Chattanooga industrial market.

The asset was sold to Mile Rock Capital, and Nearon extends its appreciation to Brent Reid, Max Goldschein, and Andreas Papageorge for their collaborative partnership throughout the transaction.

The sale was arranged by the JLL team of Matt Wirth, Jim Freeman, and Paige Marlow, whose efforts were instrumental in executing a successful disposition.

This transaction reflects Nearon’s continued focus on strategic portfolio optimization and disciplined capital deployment.
