Women make up 61% of our team at Nearon, holding key roles across departments—from operations and asset management to accounting, legal, and leadership. Their diverse perspectives, lived experiences, and unwavering dedication are not only integral to our culture—they are essential to our ongoing success. We are proud to foster an environment where women's voices are heard, supported, and empowered.

This year, we’re especially excited to spotlight Kelly Alcaraz, Vice President at Nearon, who was recently featured in a CoStar article discussing the advancement of women in commercial real estate.
