2025 Transaction Overview

In 2025, Nearon successfully completed approximately $240 million in transaction activity.
 
This activity included the acquisition of multifamily communities in Washington and Colorado, the disposition of industrial and office properties in Southern California, and the refinancing of several assets located in Northern California.
 
We actively manage a portfolio of 30+ high-quality properties totaling close to five million square feet across five Western states.
