Nearon acquired Sunset Business Park in July, 2001. The two-building office and light industrial project is located in San Ramon, California which is a prime market for value-add activity.
- Physically rehabbed the property with a seismic upgrade, new roof, HVAC, paint and landscaping.
- Released 90% of a 220,000 S.F. project.
- Now home to more than 500 PG&E employees.
